More of this little series I'm doing to flesh out my individual galleries - this one's Psyche's oldest sister, Penelope. Or, as her sisters call her (while not in public), Penny. I actually wasn't going to nickname her Penny, as I have another character (albeit a dead one), and I didn't want to confuse the two - but it's such a natural nickname a sibling would give her that it just had to be done. So now she's Penny. 
Unlike Maddie, whose realm of influence is based on her name rather than an attribute of herself (whoops), Penny's realm is Vanity. She focuses mostly on looks and appearances than anything else, and she only really cares about what other people think of her. Just about everything she does, from her trashy behavior to tormenting her baby sister, is driven by how she wants people to perceive her.
Of course, that being said, she's also driven by how other people appear to her. She can't accept people for who they are - if they have the slightest bit different opinion than her, she views them as morons, and treats them as such. She believes her views on things are the only views, and since she thinks herself high and mighty, anyone who thinks otherwise is merely a bug that needs to be squashed.
She's also one of those girls who think dressing slutty means that she's on the cutting edge of fashion, so there you go. I can't really picture her wearing anything but sleeveless dresses/shirts, but I still tried to make this look like a toga thing. I like it, actually; it actually looks like something someone where wear - minus the micormini skirt. >.< Penny wants to reveal everything when she sits, apparently.
Overall, this turned out about as cute as Penny can be, with her skeeming face (okay, I tried on that one) and her trashy style.

Like I said on LS, I'm surprised at how nice Penny looks in blue (with a loose usage of "nice"). I'm used to her being in red, since the sisters are always in red in my mind. Blue is unexpected, but works surprisingly well with her tan. With an attribute like "vanity", you'd almost expect her to be in green (yeah, I know green is envy, but there could be some overlap? Nah, probably not - Penny's too arrogant to be envious of someone, or if she is, she just tries to one-up the person and feels better.)
Of course, no matter how surprisingly good she looks in blue, she's still the same old Penny we know and loathe. I find it interesting that she seems to want to be seen in as negative a light as possible, since I doubt anyone thinks positively of being trashy and spiteful. I suppose no publicity is bad publicity, but I wouldn't be surprised if her antics become old news fast. Someone else young and rich and pretty is going to come along and out-trash her, and while the ratings could probably go for a while as the two engage in a bitter rivalry, eventually she's going to become yesterday's news. That's the problem with being in such a genre as reality tv (or being a celebutante, for that matter) -- it's fleeting. I'm sure every normal person out there is just waiting for the Karalis sisters to become yesterday's news.
Haha, maybe it's because if your pictures, but I can't really picture in Penny in anything other than strapless dresses too. Maybe halter tops (something like what Hera and Aphrodite have), or something that's one-sleeved, but mostly strapless. She can show off 10% more boobs that way! I like how you did sort of make it look Grecian, at least with the dual layers there. It's a little touch but it's just enough to make it seem Greekish. Or as Greekish as someone like Penny can get. I don't think she's much into going whole (slutty) hog like her sister.
