I was bored, and figured I might as well be productive. These things don’t take all that long for me to do, anyway, since they’re ridiculously simple. I decided to do Ophelia just for the heck of it. Plus, she’s adorable.

Ophelia is based on ~RammyRummy’s character Odilia , I just gave her the name I always think of when I see ‘Odilia’. Odilia, to me, had this porcelain look to her, all sweet and innocent despite what she was. I decided to us that for Ophelia, making her the youngest vampire in the story at sixteen. Well, when I created her, she was the youngest vampire, but we’re not going to get into that. She, however, has the worst past out of anyone in the story, and she’s a bit jaded despite her age.

Ophelia has some…trust issues, mostly with humans. She’s been holding a grudge against them since, oh, 1693 when she unofficially ‘died’. Yeah, she’s been hatin’ a long. Surprisingly, she bears no ill will towards Ryan, naturally. I suppose a human who’s earned the trust of a whole coven of vampires earns her trust as well. *shrugs*.

Ophelia, at times, is a walking contradiction. She’s trying hard to keep her grudge, and she finds many things about humans annoying, but she is in fact a sixteen year old girl, one who wants to find acceptance and friendship. She also doesn’t want to give her family away, so she at least tries with her fellow classmates. She just doesn’t like it very much.

She’s given the description ‘etty’ do to her willingness to keep her grudge after so many years. But, then again, she’s a teenager. She has a lot to be angry about.
