It's been a while since I first started this, but I had the random urge one day to redesign the Millennium fuku, or something, and doodled up Aeolus (the one in purple) and Zephyrus (the cat) there to satisfy my muse. She turned out fantastic, so I then proceeded to doodle up Gaea (the one in green) as well, just to design something. I then had the idea to stick them together for whatever reason, and then the idea to do this just too shape.

Of course, the idea that they'd be in their Millennium fuku sort of got lost, so I had to come up with reasons as to why they others are in different fukus. The main reason, though, is in fact the reason why they're all in different ones in the first place.

I realized that Aeolus, Gaea, and Helios (the one in yellow) all had elemental powers, so I decided to go ahead and make them the core team. They're all from the same solar system, obviously, with Nereus (the guy) picking up the water element as well. Iris (the pink one), isn't a part of any team whatsoever, so the core team allowed her to join theirs because they felt sorry for her. This is why her fuku looks similar to theirs, but has some differences. Leo (the tan one) and Draco (the brown one) are part of their own team, but they're the only members, so they got annexed into the core team as well due to the fact that Draco happens to be Aeolus' cousin on her father's side. But that's why they have completely different fukus.

I sort of figured, since I was doing this, that I'd go ahead and make it a redo of sorts of this picture I had done a little over three years ago, just for the hell of it. Maybe it's because I used different poses, but wow, the difference! This one's not nearly as bright for some reason, and it just looks better. I also placed Aeolus at the center of this one, because she is the leader. And then Nereus beside her, since he's the love interest.

...I have no idea why the hell I put him in his evil uniform in the old picture. If he's pictured in a group with the others, than he should be in his good form. Sure, he's still sulky and whatnot, but he's on the good side, and thus, his uniform's lighter. Whatever; I fixed the problem here.

I do really love the Millennium fuku here, espeically Aeolus. I don't know why, but the tights looked really good on her. And since she was wearing tights, I decided to give the other two black leg...things as well. As for Draco's red shoes, they're a call back to her earliest form, which had red shoes and a red brooch, for some reason. I like it, so whatever. I like her fuku as well, as it's pretty. And I love her coy look. (But Aeolus is still my favorite here.)

So yeah, a Millennium senshi group picture. Man, it's been forever since a did a senshi group picture. Needs to happen me, methinks.
